Fashion Design
After graduating from university in 2014, I began an exciting five-year journey as a fashion designer in Hong Kong and London.
For me, design is the art of transforming ideas into reality and bringing ideas to life in a way that resonates with people.
I view fashion design as a medium to express passion, lifestyle and creativity.

Winter 19’ collection
Each season,
we embark on the exciting journey of crafting an inspirational and captivating theme board.
This creative process draws influence from a variety of sources, including the beauty of nature, stunning architecture, iconic films and art pieces, and the timeless elegance of fashion icons.
The theme board is the cornerstone of every collection, shaping our vision and fueling our creativity.

Fashion and Textile Design Intern at Faustine Steinmetz, London (July 2017 - Sep 2017)
Collection for Graduation Show (2014)
The collection draws inspiration from the Flower of Life,
a powerful symbol of harmony and sacred geometry.
Through various fabric manipulations, simple floral patterns ignite the creation of new elements,
showcasing the beauty of repetition.
Echoing the limitless possibilities of the space age, this collection captures the essence of exploration and innovation from the 1960s.
Fabrication
The foundation of this collection is inspired by The Space Age, which emerged during the space race era of the 1960s.
To capture a futuristic aesthetic, materials such as PVC, PU leather, nylon, and neoprene were utilised,
creating a plastic texture and bold shapes in the garments.
Fabric manipulation plays a crucial role in this collection, as synthetic fabrics excel in techniques like digital printing, laser cutting, and vacuum forming.
For instance, digital printing on polyester allows for minimal color deviation and fading.
Additionally, organza and silk chiffon were incorporated to highlight transparency and the concept of "overlapping" within the collection.
